I have no idea. I prefer the look of the normal luminous and have never had a dial done this way. Call International to check.

Here's a quick before and after look at International's aged radium on a 14K Cushion engraved, and on a 14K Gruen Quadron. The hands on the Hamilton were old stock, so I didn't have them redone. If you have the hands done by International at the same time as the dial, they will match the color of numbers.

Eagle Dial also offers the dark radium finish if requested.
