Time Zone Hands - Canadian style

I have had a couple men ask for the positions on Time Zone hands switched. I am told it is the Canadian way-has anyone ever heard or noticed this? :?

Sounds like a guess to me. The ones I've come across all were the same as the U.S. ones...
