LaRose

New postby Marty101 » Sun Jan 24, 2016 11:03 am

Does anyone know what happened to the bulk of LaRose stock? I got the impression someone bought it up and is selling it? I have a pal looking.
Thanks for any help-

I think Jules Borel bought it and judging by their website, most of it has been sold as most of the popular parts are listed as discontinued. What kind of parts is your friend looking for?

Thanks Rich-he's just interested in a general way. He relied on them;he's hip to other places like Daves and etc. but I opened my mouth about someone buying up the old LaRose stock, and now I'm trying to deliver. :) I did figure little was left anyway.

Not much left but many of the common parts, went on their site a couple of days ago for giggles.

Most of the more difficult material is long gone. I remember when I first started out 21 years ago - ordering material from them (LaRose). Out of 7-8 items I needed I only got 2.

Much of it is identified but because of the nature of US pockets you have to give a serial number along with the part request. There is only one guy there (CAS-KER) who knows enough to pick the right part.

I suggest everybody organize their material and if any of us needs something, just to post it somewhere here, and One of us will jump up and down and say "I GOT IT".
