This is a new one on me. Anybody know anything about Northwest case co.? I have this one in hunter / coin but I've never seen another from this mfg.

They shared a building with the Rockford Watch Co., and this casemaker is best known for their "Climax" model (Muckle) reversible case.

Thanks Fred. By chance is the R under the coin in any way connected to Rockford since they were in the same building or is that just a coincidence ?

Sorry for missing this earlier but yes the R is for Rockford. In 1885 the Northwestern Watch Case Co. changed its name to the Rockford Watch Case Co.
